These chips are irregular in shape, which goes to prove they are made using traditional methods. One of their characteristics is they are made from Friuli cheeses of different ripening ages. The carefully selected ingredients are mixed and oven baked without any fats being added. Available in two different formats: 90 grams, and 300 grams for catering use.
