Project Description

Made in the Ovaro’s dairy, it takes its name from the ancient church of San Martin restored after the flood in autumn 2018.

The “San Martin” is a raw milk cheese made “like in former times”, produced with milk coming exclusively from Carnia farmers and with the addition of selected lactic ferments. It is a cheese with a delicate flavour, perfect to be consumed with a seasoning of 2-4 months.
