Dolce Capra undergoes slow, gentle processing, which makes it extremely light and highly suited to anyone intolerant to cow’s milk. The rind is thin and ivory in colour, while the paste is bright white and compact. It has a sweet flavour and a refined, typical goat’s cheese aroma.
