Produced from cow’s milk and smoked with beechwood at controlled temperature, this ricotta presents a compact, ivory-coloured paste, an uneven surface and a delicate smoky flavour. Available in three different sizes: table (400 g), Friulana (600 g) and mountain (800 g).
