Aged in vats covered with Ramandolo grape marc, for a flavour midway between piquant and sweet.

Blu Ramandolo is a sharply flavoured blue-veined cheese matured for two months and then aged in barrels covered with marc from the Ramandolo grape variety, which produces one of the most outstanding wines in Friuli. Bright blue in colour and smooth in texture; the rind is covered in grape marc.
