Project Description

The typical ageing process captures all the flavours of grape harvesting in Friuli.

This light and digestible goat’s cheese is ripened for 4 months before being aged in barrels covered with marc from the Schioppettino grape variety, which produces a typical Friuli wine. The rind is dark in colour, with marked residues of grape marc. The paste is highly compact and white in colour.
